Is there any precedent for this? I don't ever remember having to find a friend that has NBA TV to watch the Celtics in the playoffs, and I've been watching the Celtics ever since NBA TV came into existence. This seems like a shameless attempt by Stern and the league to force more subscriptions to their personal channel. I think we should boycott this game. If only I was able to not watch a Celtics playoff game.
