In a Celtic post-season with about 300 variables, I'll simply identify my one heart's desire for the C's:

A beast of a rebounder!

I am so tired of watching the C's get waxed on the boards. One could make an argument that defensive rebounding is more important than ferocious defense. How many times have we seen the C's force a bad shot and then give up an offensive board and easy put back?

All offenses miss shots, even against less than perfect defense. I want my Cetics to own the boards--you get one shot and then we own the ball! Excellent rebounding puts a lot of pressure on the opposition's shooting all by itself.

I want a rebounding beast. I don't care if he is a PF or C, a draft pick or FA acquisition. I want a guy who pulls down a dozen rebounds per game, night after night.

Give us a rebounding beast and Garnett for another 2 years and I figure we'll be pretty well off.
