Jeff Green is still absent from the "officially signed" list. We can speculate on the reasons and have a little fun with it, but it's probably just an issue of squaring everyone away first, reading Larry Coon's NBA CBA FAQ, and then figuring out how Green's contract fits under the luxury tax.
