There's no question about the fact that the C's are a veteran team, however they can also be called an old team with hardly any youthful promising talent besides Rajon Rondo. Boston needs star talent not just good role players, they need players that can replace Pierce, Garnett, and Allen. The C's picking up JasonTerry was an okay deal however he he's 34 yrs old. Still the C's are missing star quality players that they can build around. And they need their young players to play. PJ 3is a player they could've had and let him get away I think he is the kind of player that could replace Paul Pierce, JJ Johnson is a good player but he needs to be playing a lot more minutes to develope his skills and turn himself into an NBA star
