People forget that Avery Bradley coming out of high school at one point was rated ahead of John Wall. Now I am not sure where Kris Joseph was rated but he was projected to to be big-time in Syracuse. Avery went under the radar at the University of Texas (had underwhelming stats), combined with an ankle injury, and he draft stock fell.
The Orangemen had a plethora of talent over the last six years and based their rotations, sometimes their players "pro-game" translates better than their college game. This is especially true for college teams like UCONN. Although Jared Sullinger might be the well-known steal of the draft, this guy has the potential to be be a steal like Luis Scola - he does so many things well. As Doc Rivers stated, he is a little sneaky in that, he lets the game come to him and then you look at the box score and it is filled with a lot of little goodies.
Obviously minutes are what is going to hurt him, but this guy had no business slipping to 55.
