Darko could prove to be the best move the C's made during this off season, he still has good potential at his position. He is what I consider Doc's proto type center, he has range from the outside, he can actually dribble the ball pretty well for his size, he can fill up the paint and block shots, and let me not forget he is an above average passer. From my observation of his game over the years since he was drafted, he has lacked consistency and confidence, and this is where Doc and coach Garnett will prove be to his inspiration ! If Darko could be 3/4 of what he was projected to be the C's will have a bonafide contending team for the East and the Championship ! Boston without any doubt needs more effectiveness from their big men besides Garnett. Micah Downs in my opinion if he makes the team he's a better player than Pietrus. Danny is really looking to add pieces the way the Oakland A's do, keeping the budget down and maxing out the players abilities.
