Woj: Fab Melo is available
In pursuit of guard help, the Celtics have made rookie center Fab Melo available in trade offers, league sources tell Y! Sports.

Not a big surprise here. Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports goes on to tweet that Ainge is "trying to preserve control of future picks and its current rotation to fortify for this season." With that in mind, it does sound like Ainge has backed off of making a big move and opting to building around the current core. Melo has spent most of the year in the D-League and is the 10th man (at least until Terrence Williams becomes available) in a nine-man rotation right now.
