I think Doc is fairly good coach when the lineup is stacked with veteran players but only when the lineup is stacked with proven good veteran players. Doc struggles to paitiently wait through rookie mistakes as a result of that Doc will miss out on a lot of good players and possibly great players because they will need time and critical playing time will eventually make them better. When the C's traded Marshon Brooks away it again showed that they couldn't see this guy is very much like Jamaal Crawford scoring wise and being that Marshon is very young he will get better defensively. The C's continue not to stay with young gifted players that have tons of potential. And Doc is horrible at getting the best out of them. Barbosa is a vteran that Doc continues to under use and under value. Barbosa is a very gifted offensive player but apparently Doc doesn't like his style of play, but Barbosa is better than Doc's preception
