This is a "No-Excuse" Game for the Celtics

There is absolutely no excuse for the Celtics to lose this game to the Lakers tonight. With no Dwight Howard or Pau Gasol the Lakers can't capitalize on the one significant advantage they would normally have over the Celtics...size. The NBA is about matchups and the Celtics have major advantages is several key areas. The biggest one is the ability of Avery Bradley, Courtney Lee, and Jeff Green to smother the geriatric back court of Steve Nash and Kobe Bryant on the defensive end. The only other decent NBA player that the Lakers will have on the court tonight is Metta World Peace and he is far from dependable. Boston's bench has been fantastic this year and the Lakers have a bunch of no-names out there. The Celtics offense should be able to do anything they want against the Lakers soft defense.

I repeat myself, there is absolutely no reason that the Boston Celtics should not win this game by at least 10 points at home tonight against an inferior team. The NBA is very unpredictable at times but the Celtics need to start winning games like these with ease. It's time for a blowout.
