LJ versus JG ...There is a difference!

I would like to tip my hat to a short-handed Celtics squad that gave the King and His Court all they could handle.

The offensive performance of Jeff Green was absolutely magnificent. And the leadership of Paul Pierce was the thing that winners are built on.

However, despite these heroics the Celts came up a little short. Attention to detail in the 4th quarter appeared to be their undoing. It looked tough for them to keep the pedal to the metal for a brief 2 minute stretch. But they proved that w/o a KG they can play and beat this team (Miami).

With regard to Lebron and what we used to call the Jordan rules, I lost what little respect I had for him last night. The staredown was one thing, but the whining and the active left hand and the flopping prove that he ain't no MJ. The Jeff Green monster performance happened with little fanfare, could serve as a lesson for the so called KING.

Last night convinced me that if healthy this group of Celtics led by the capable Doc can get to the East finals and WIN.
