"Blow it up" idea with trades and draft picks

I'm not even sure I'm in support of trading Pierce and KG, but if I were I might be tempted to do this:

1) Pierce to OKC for Kevin Martin, Nick Collison, and the #12 draft pick.

(Martin is expiring and should replace some of Pierce's scoring in the meanwhile. Collison is included to match salaries and to be big and serviceable. I really just want the draft pick.)

2) KG and Fab Melo to the Clippers for Eric Bledsoe and DeAndre Jordan.

(Throwing Melo in to give them someone young.)

3) Brandon Bass and Jordan Crawford to the Bobcats for Byron Mullens and Reggie Williams.

4) Courtney Lee to the Cavs for Boobie Gibson (expiring PG).

(Or just re-sign Keyon Dooling as the third-string PG. But I still think we need to unload either Lee or Terry.)

5) Draft Shabazz Muhammad at #12 (hopefully), and Gorgui Dieng or Steven Adams at #16.

6) Cut T-Will, DJ White, and whoever else.

Rondo/ Bledsoe /Gibson or Dooling

Bradley/ Martin/ Terry

Green/ Muhammad/ R. Williams

Sully/ Mullens/ Collison

Jordan/ Dieng or Adams /Shavlik

This all works on Trade Checker and seems legitimate to me in terms of what the other teams might go for. And it looks very good for the Celtic's present and future. We're suddenly big and athletic, but also well balanced, with defense, scoring, and ball handling. Whatcha think?

Be respectful and keep it clean. Thanks.
