Brandon Bass realistic trade

http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=lzec98e

Celtics get Nando De Colo, Matt Bonner and perhaps Aron Baynes

Spurs get Brandon Bass

The Celtics get rid of Bass' contract and get a back-up for Rondo which they needed all season long. Apparently, the young French is not satisfied with his situation in San Antonio after the emergence of Cory Joseph. http://blog.mysanantonio.com/spursnation/2013/05/24/de-colo-upset-with-lack-of-playing-time/. Bonner is a throw-in and he might want to get bought out.

The Spurs will have enough cap space this summer and would definitely want to improve their depth down low. Assuming they re-sign Splitter, they would still need a more quick and undersized big that is better than Dejuan Blair. Enter Bass. He may had a down-season but he is still a nice fit for them, whereas in Boston he is dead weight right now due to our contract situation and needs.

Let me know what you guys think.
