Tyrus Thomas, anyone?

Thomas would fit what the Celtics need in a backup PF. An athletic, defensive presence who can ably play backup minutes to the offensive, rebounding minded Sullinger. Plus, he's still young and has what once was considered very high potential. This fits the mold of what the Celtics have been building; young players with potential, who just need a good coach to take them under their wing. Here comes Stevens, just what the Doc ordered by leaving. Danny, if you read this post, consider Thomas, who was just waived by the Bobcats. I can only imagine a lineup of Rondo, Bradley, Green, Thomas and Olynyk running the break. Disclosure: I know very little about his character or work ethic, but I know he's a heck of an athlete who's never found a place to call home.

Be respectful and keep it clean. Thanks.
