Does Jared Sullinger need to lose some body fat and if so how much?

Mike Gorman and Maxwell discussed a interesting topic during the Wizards game which was does Jared Sullinger need to lose body fat weight?

I am with Max when he said Sully does need to shed some weight.

He suggested losing about 10 pounds, but I think 10 pounds is a minimum and maybe more might needed.

Max took it a step further and says Sully needs to gain some upper body muscle, which I dont think is a needed, but if Sully can do so I guess it would only help.

I think Sully losing some excess body fat he does indeed seem to carry would help his game.

He currently has elevation issues and I assume losing some weight would help him elevate a bit better and only improve his scoring and rebounding around and close to the basket.

Also when Sully moves back to the 4 spot next year (which I darn hope will be the case, since it will mean no more small ball is being played and the C's are playing a legit center at the 5 spot) shedding some excess body fat should make him more mobile and swifter to guard 4's instead of the bigger 5's he is matched up against currently.

I think this is a nice topic of debate and I have given my 2 cents but am interested to know what the rest of you all think, so please have at it.
