Getting younger this summer

Lets say Ainge can't pull off any blockbuster trades for a superstar, would you be willing to trade for youth? I like the thought of Keeping Sullinger and Olynyk and try to build around them. I think as I stated before, if we don't get a superstar to pair with Rondo, he walks. So for this trade idea, we involve 4 teams: Celts, Lakers, OKC and Dallas.

Celts get: Lakers 2014 1st Round Pick, R. Jackson, J. Lamb, Perry Jones and one of OKC's 1st Round Picks

Lakers get: Rondo, Perkins, Wallace and Collins

OKC gets: Green, Bass, Bradley and Bayless(sign and trade)

Dallas gets: Nash

For Celts, they get younger, shed big contracts and have a young PG, Jackson and young SG, Lamb to add to Sullinger and Olynyk. I would then package our 2 high first rounders(if one is not top three) for the number one pick and select Embiid( as long as his back is good). The two other first round picks I would fill out our needs SF, SG, whatever or trade our picks to move up into the late lottery, if Ainge likes another player.

For Lakers, they get another shot at the playoffs next year with Rondo, Kobe and sign some vets to a one year contract before getting K. love in 2015.

For OKC, they get to add much needed debt and solid players to add to their starting core.

For Dallas, they bring back Nash who is Novitzski's friend for one more shot at a title.

This is definately not likely to happen but this is something I would consider if I though Rondo would walk in 2015.
