Is Kevin Love worth mortgaging the house for??????

I've been reading many threads about potential trades for Kevin Love. From trading Sullinger, every draft pick, expiring contracts, the Celtic leprechaun, etc for Kevin Love. My question is, is Kevin Love a Garnett type player that is worth all these players? Will he make that type of a difference in Beantown? Is he the marquee player, the poster boy for the franchise, that helps the Celtics win a championship?

In my most humble opinion, when I look at Love's statistics, outside of being a big time rebounder, which Sullinger is on his way to being, and a very good, but not great, scoring threat, what else does he bring that would make Ainge give up over five players for? I like Love, don't get me wrong, but he shoots only .450% for his career, throws two assist per game for his career, blocks no shots, makes no steals, and is not the vocal leader Garnett was, so why would you trade your type five pick, Sulliinger, Wallace, Humphries, and future picks for a player that has never experienced a winning season?? His team now is similar to ours as far as having young players to build around, so how is he going to come here, all ready thought of as being the Messiah, the answer to it all, and win?? Then the thought of giving up our top pick for him makes me shutter because, again, in my opinion, Wiggins, Exum, and Parker might eventual be better than him. I would cry if i see Minnesota fans pumped up because they are a playoff team because Parker is averaging twenty-five a game while shooting close to 50% with eight rebounds, or Wiggins is averaging twenty-five a game with espy quality, highlight reel dunks, while Sullinger gives them eighteen a game and twelve rebounds, and I'm stuck with Love, who will put up his stats, but will not help the Celtics average more forty wins per season, um, like he's doing in Minnesota. So why mortgage the house for him??

Any thoughts???
