Rondo to Indiana for Hibbert?

A while back on Celticsblog I read someone mentioned the thought of Rondo for Hibbert. At the time I didn't see the C's or Pacers making the deal. However watching the Pacers return into team turmoil and having read in the past Larry Birds respect for RR, I fired up the trusty trade machine and found the following to work

RR and Joel Anthony to Indiana for Hibbert gave me my Trade is Successful.

Rondos leadership would greatly benefit Pacers. Whether they signed Stephenson or signed and traded him, they could play Hill at the 2. Knowing LB he could then creatively use assets to make a run at Asik

We get Hibbert and his enormous potential while keeping all accrued draft picks.

(Ducking and covering but) what do you all think?
