Rondo trade idea

So like many others on Celtics Blog, I think the best course of action if we cannot trade for Love would be to blow it up and trade Rondo. So I went to ESPN trade machine and found something that may possibly work.

BOS receives:

John Henson

Jameer Nelson (expiring contract)

#4 pick (ORL)

#12 pick (ORL)

MIL receives:

#17 pick

ORL receives:

Rajon Rondo

BOS roster:

Marcus Smart (#6) / Jameer Nelson

Avery Bradley / Nik Stauskus or Gary Harris (#12)

Jeff Green / Gerald Wallace

Jared Sullinger / Kelly Olynyk

John Henson / Joel Embiid (#4)

ORL roster:

Rondo / Moore

Oladipo / Afflalo

Harkless / Lamb

Harris / Nicholson

Vucevic / O'Quinn / Maxiell

I honestly do not know if this is realistic, but it seems pretty fair for all sides to me, and hey a man can dream! The only hang up I can think of is if Rondo doesn't want to stay in Orlando, which is entirely possible but they have a decent young roster with room to grow. A simpler version of this trade would be Nelson, #4, and #12 for Rondo, but I think the Celts would prefer Henson to another rookie in this situation. He is a great shotblocker and still very young but has some NBA experience. Jeff Green would then be on the block most likely, not sure what he could get in return by himself. So what do you guys think??
