Best Way to move up in draft?

The Celtics are going to be picking at around 16 and 28 (from lac) in this years draft, and the 2 biggest needs are for a wing and true center. However, the talent is not at those positions in the draft. I think the perfect range for the Celtics to choose from is the 5-9 slot, there is a deep and exciting talent pool there. Wcs, Justise Winslow, or Stanley Johnson could be great additions. What could it take to get to that position?

My first thought was to offer 16 & 28, but that gets you in the 10-12 range at best. Swapping in the Dallas pick (which has sneaky high value-this could be a low lottery pick) moves the needle a bit, but what's really needed is a player thrown in.

A team like Sacramento highly interests me in this situation. Theyre in need of depth and quality role players, not stars, and have a highly erratic and possibly desperate ownership group. I could see a good trade happening here, maybe Boston sends 16, 28, and Avery Bradley for 6 and Ben McLemore/Sauce Castillo, and maybe a bad contract.

Thats I think the best bet for moving up that high. Denver is another good option for that range. And picking around the 10 and 11 range, I could see Miami and Indiana looking to move down to acquire more picks. I'm not into that range as much because I'm not terribly sold on kamisky, turner, or Looney.
