NBA Previews
Greg Monroe and not much else
Here's the good news. Um, Greg Monroe is pretty good. Beyond that, it gets more dicey.
The slow Cavs rebuild
Sadly for Dan Gilbert, he wasn't able to deliver on his promise that the Cavs would win a title before LeBron did. But the rebuilding plan continues in Cleveland and it starts with Kyrie Irving.
Cutting costs in Chi-town
The Chicago Bulls were remarkably good last year in spite of Derrick Rose being in and out of the lineup all year long. Can they tread water till Rose gets back again?
NBA Blog Previews: Pacific Division
Continuing the series of NBA previews written by NBA bloggers. This week it was the Pacific Division.
Kings of Sacramento ...for now
The Kings are on borrowed time in Sacramento with the Maloof brothers looking to move the team to anywhere but Sacramento. Not good times for Sactown fans.
Moving on from Nash
The Phoenix Suns have long been identified as Steve Nash's team. For good reason too. The two time MVP was the engine that made that car go. But now he's off to Hollywood and the Suns are in search of a new identity.
Are the Lakers a "dynasty reborn?"
You may have noticed that the Lakers had a pretty decent offseason. The changes, as you might expect, have Laker fans a bit giddy.
NBA Blog Previews: Los Angeles Clippers
The Clippers have two of the game's brightest stars (who happen to form the most entertaining alley-oop combination). But did they do enough to surround them with a supporting cast?
NBA Blog Preview: Golden St. Warriors
The Warriors made a big splash last year in trading for Andrew Bogut. So they've pretty much put all their eggs in that fragile-as-an-egg basket.
NBA Previews: Atlantic Division Links
Compiling all the links to the NBA Blog Previews for 2012. Starting with the Atlantic Division.
NBA Blog Previews: Toronto Raptors
The Raptors seemed bent on bringing Canadian born Steve Nash up North of the border, but that plan fell through when he went to Hollywood instead. The Plan B turned out to be Kyle Lowry.
NBA Blog Previews: Philadelphia 76ers
The Sixers were an unexpected participant in the Dwight Howard blockbuster. Now Andrew Bynum changes just about everything in Philadelphia.
NBA Blog Previews: New York Knicks
So how about that Jeremy Lin? Wait, what? Oh, right. The Knicks have moved on from Linsanity. We'll see if that is for better or for worse.
NBA Blog Previews: Brooklyn Nets
Many, many rubles paid for the new arena the Nets are playing in. Many, many rubles were spent on the team playing in that stadium. Was it all worth it? Well, the bar by which success will be measured was certainly raised by all those rubles.
Boston Celtics 2012-13 Preview
This is the the year that almost never was. The team could have decided that enough was enough and gone their separate ways (well, one guy did, but we'll get to that). Instead, the Celtics are back again.

NBA Blog Preview Links
We still don't know if there will be an NBA season, but if there is, here is your one-stop guide to getting ready for that season. All the NBA Blog Previews linked in one place. Enjoy!
NBA Blog Previews: Golden St. Warriors
Their biggest strength is one of the most powerfual guard duos in the NBA
NBA Blog Previews: New Jersey Nets
I think their season will simply be a bridge to next year where they are hoping to keep D-Will and take a shot at Dwight.
NBA Blog Previews: Indiana Pacers
The Pacers are finally out from under some horrible contracts and are ready to rebuild in earnest.
NBA Blog Previews: Minnesota Timberwolves
Is Kahn is doing his best Danny Ainge impression (building assets to trade) or does he really think he can follow the Thunder blueprint and build a young contending team from scratch?
NBA Blog Previews: Cleveland Cavs
What is Cleveland Cavs basketball without LeBron James? Well, it isn't pretty, but there is some pieces to build on.
NBA Blog Preview: Philadelphia 76ers
I hate having to insert "if there is a season" into every article, but it seems more appropriate now than ever. But I started this series despite the lockout and I'm gonna finish it too.
NBA Blog Previews: New York Knicks
The Knicks on paper are a great fantasy squad, but they aren't yet a "great" team.
NBA Blog Previews: Boston Celtics
Previewing the Boston Celtics for the 2011-12 season. Let us hope there will be a season.
NBA Blog Previews: Detroit Pistons
Sounds like Detroit fans are ready to clear the deck.
NBA Blog Previews: Toronto Raptors
The Raptors lost Chris Bosh and seem to be floundering without clear direction.
NBA Blog Previews: Chicago Bulls
The Bulls played to their strengths last year and it worked for them very well. But to get to the Finals and get their first non-Jordan title, Rose is going to need some more help on offense.
NBA Blog Previews: Milwaukee Bucks
The Bucks are great at getting stops. If only that was all there was to the game.
NBA Blog Previews: Washington Wizards
The Wizards have a bright future with John Wall, but they've got some growing up to do.
NBA Blog Previews: Portland Trail Blazers
Remember when they got Oden and we envied them so much? Remember when Roy was the one that (sort of) got away from us because of the Telfair trade?
NBA Blog Previews: Utah Jazz
After all that stability under Sloan, the times they are a changin' in Utah.

The only place you read about the Celtics on ESPN is in the weekly rankings on, while the Lakers have 2 articles a day I’ll take it, 100%! Let’s go Celtics!
No Drama Celtics just keep winning.
