I'm throwing all my support to Pickaxe And Roll, our SBN Denver Nuggets blog.

It is a given that I'm rooting for Denver out of a reflex dislike for the Lakers. However, I'm a little more torn on the issue of the Eastern Conference Finals.

These playoffs are reminding me of a season of LOST. Every time I feel like I know something about this team, I'm proven wrong. Every time I feel like I know where the story is headed, it takes a right angle turn and goes in directions I never thought possible. Reality is so bent out of shape at this point that I'm not sure the rules of physics apply anymore.

Howard walked the walk, the Celtics couldn't put them away and Orlando forces a game 7.

This team needs to (figuratively) punch the Magic in the neck early on. Don't let them get up early. Don't give them a foothold. Keep them at arms length and eventually they'll fold.

Paul Pierce just has a knack for leading his team out of huge holes to win playoff games.

Steph had his PJ Brown moment.

I think it would be a major understatement to say that the Magic are frustrated. They almost caved in game one, lost on a buzzer beater in game 4, and collapsed last night. So now their best player is calling out their coach.

They couldn't make it all the way back in game 1, but they pulled it off this time. Celtics win.
