LeBron James lists the Top 5 Dunks of his career

Two days removed from jumping over John Lucas to complete an alley-oop, LeBron James sits down with Brian Windhorst to rank the best dunks of his career.

Boobie Gibson's open letter to Cleveland

Randomly saw a link to this article on the side of a yahoo sports story about LeBron... The link to Gibson's actual website requires you to sign up to view it, so I figured it would be easier to just link the sbnation post. I dont think Boobie has played much since his rookie year when he came on really strong in the playoffs (I don't really keep up with the NBA, so I could be wrong), but after writing this open-letter, one would have to think that he becomes sort of a cult hero for their fans.

Are you ready? Cavaliers begin their quest....now!

10:16pm - Winding it down. Stretches of success, stretches of failure. This was a playoff game without the playoff atmosphere. 10:12pm - Cavs going to lose their opening game for the second year...

Day off, but plenty to do still

The front page of your local sports page probably has a nice picture of LeBron James today, doing something that you'll never do ever. It probably has a headline about a blowout win and most of...

Cleveland Likes Boobie

Also considered: Cavs happy with boobie decision. "Drafting players in every professional sport is an inexact science. Witness the 2006 NBA draft for the Cavaliers. They took Shannon Brown from Michigan State with the 25th overall pick in the first round and Daniel "Boobie" Gibson from Texas in the second round with the 42 overall pick. Brown, 6-foot-4 and 210 pounds, was billed as a burly high-flyer with an NBA-ready body who eventually would take over at the shooting guard. Gibson, 6-2 and 190 pounds, would be brought along slowly. Someday, maybe, he’d become a serviceable back-up point guard with an above-average shooting eye. That was the plan then. Fast-forward to Thursday night, and it was Gibson grabbing the spotlight at the Q. Brown, meanwhile, inactive and in street clothes, grabbed a seat at the far end of the Charlotte bench."

A hat tip to my brother for this prescient Daniel Gibson post prior to the Cavaliers Game 4 matchup with Detroit last week. Gibson has made a huge splash in the 2007 playoffs, highlighted by his 31...
