The Cleveland Cavaliers have won seven straight games against the Celtics, and LeBron James has been a major factor in those decisions, averaging over 36 PPG in his last six games against Boston. Tonight, Gerald Green gets the unenviable task of guarding "King James." Will Gerald be up to the task?

Gerald is going to have his hands full trying to guard LeBron who loves playing against the Celtics.
vs
With Pierce out, Al is once again our #1 option on offense and he will need to play well against Gooden.
Keys to the Game:
Energy We need to play with energy, going after loose balls and crashing the boards and taking the ball to the basket instead of settling for jumpers.
Defense We won't beat them if we try to outscore them. We have to play defense and stop them from scoring. We also have to contain James somehow. We sure could use Tony Allen about now.
Rebound When we rebound well, it usually transfers to the rest of our game, giving us second chance points and limiting theirs.
Patience on Offense We need to pass the ball and run the offense and not just settle for quick jumpers. We need to play team ball and not have each player try to win it himself.
The Cavs are positioned in second place in the East, 2 1/2 games behind Detroit. They are playing for home court advantage throughout the playoffs and very much want a win here. They are coming off an OT win against the Bulls last night. The other question to ask is will Doc put Allan Ray on LeBron when Green goes out? Game time is at 6:00 pm and will be on League Pass (DTV channel 753) and FSN. Game Thread
EDIT The Herald just posted that LeBron will be out due to "general body soreness." I guess they think that they can beat us without their star.Â
