Garnett talks include Atlanta now. There is no reason that the Hawks should not be one of the best teams in the East right now. And they still could get a lot better but it probably won't happen. As a side note, if the C's could somehow get Josh Smith without giving up much I would buy season tickets.
Check out Hollinger's new system for evaluating pro potential of college players. Green Bandwagon Note - It's a long, interesting read. I'm intrigued to see how it does with this year's draft.
