Last February I accepted a 5-week summer job in England. This was before I joined SB Nation and before FSN decided to broadcast summer league games. I don't regret it but it does change things a bit at Green Bandwagon. I made sure to book my flight for after the NBA draft but I leave today. I will have access to the Internet off and on for about a week. Then I will have access for an hour or two a day, on a shared computer, over the final 4 weeks of my stay. What does this mean overall?
- I will not be able to post comprehensive links on a daily basis.
- I will not be writing a lot of big posts on the Celtics off-season. Though if there is another trade I will do my best to chime in.
- I will probably post my first drunken post. Strangely the quality will be similar to my usual efforts, which in no ways means I have prowess as a drunken writer. Rather...
- In anticipation of this I put together a series of post that I will call the "NBA Jam chronicles." Starting some time next week I will devote each day to an aspect of that game. If you loved NBA Jam definitely stop by. I am hoping to be come the source for NBA Jam. And yes I recognize that it is about 15 years old.

I am hoping to post a book review as well at some point but it is only half done. So that's it for now. I will do my best to check in frequently in preparation for the 2007/2008 season. Feel free to chip in by posting diaries and leaving comments. Thanks to everyone for stopping by and reading. - Jim
