Barnes Out, Hughes In?

Looks like Barnes is getting the big payday he's been waiting for.

The Toronto Raptors and free-agent swingman Matt Barnes are working toward completing a contract that is scheduled to be finalized Tuesday, according to sources close to the process.

Various sources say it is for 2 years in the $9 to $10 million range.

Update: ESPN is reporting that the deal has hit a financial snag (but I would imagine it will get done one way or another).

In his place, the Celtics might be looking at ...Larry Hughes?  Ok, as long as he'll take the vet minimum.
