Report: Bosh to Join Wade in Miami

Chris Bosh will team up with Dwyane Wade in Miami, according to Chris Broussard of ESPN.com:

Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh are teaming up together on the Miami Heat, according to a person with knowledge of the situation.

Wade and Bosh are expected to announce their decision on Wednesday, according to the source.

Well, Bosh is certainly an improvement over Jermaine O'Neal and his field goal percentage in the 2010 playoffs (20.4 percent. Yikes.)

While Wade and Bosh's respective contracts should eat up the vast majority of Miami's cap space, if the Heat can add a slew of quality players around these two stars, there's no reason to think it can't match up with the Eastern Conference's best teams next season (who those teams will be also remains to be seen). If the Celtics can position themselves to contend for another championship in 2010-2011, you just might need to add the Heat to the list of teams they'll have to go through.
