Rondo Interview

Rondo spoke from his camp in Kentucky.  Forsberg has a few good quotes from him, including this one about his elbow rehab.

On his dislocated elbow: "It's the most pain I've ever been in playing ball. I'm feeling a little pain now, but the swelling is down. The only thing is there's swelling in my joint. I'll be fine, it just takes time. I've got a couple more weeks that I'm off, as far as rest and the repetition of weights."

The fact that it is still hurting him makes it that much more impressive that that he kept playing with it in the playoffs.

I'm no doctor, but I'm assuming he'll have more than enough time to heal in the offseason/lockout.

He also touched on the Big 3 (he's still confident in them to win a ring), the lockout (he's not that involved), and playing overseas (he and his agent talked about it).  I really can't see him being a candidate to go overseas with his rehab going on this summer.  I think that is just something all the agents are exploring and I'll bet the Players Association is encouraging players to talk up in order to increase their leverage.

Update: Yup, that's about what they did.
