With Jeff Green a game time decision tonight and Chris Wilcox still battling the flu, the Celtics have recalled Kris Joseph from the Maine Red Claws. He'll suit up tonight against the Portland Trailblazers.

Kris Joseph recalled from D-League
Jeff Green's swollen knee probably has a lot to do with this move. Not to mention overall depth issues with Rondo out and Wilcox sick.

Are the Boston Celtics "soft?"

Pierce using screens more often
Paul Pierce is a natural born scorer, that much we've established time and again. It is interesting, however, that his offense is continuing to evolve over time.

32 minutes for KG is all Doc would allow

Perkins and Jeff Green are cool with each other
An interesting aside noted that Jeff Green and Kendrick Perkins got a chance to get to know each other last year.

Bass/Sullinger lineup doesn't work well
Zach Lowe points out that when the big man rotation produces a lineup of both Bass and Sullinger on the court together, they have a lot of trouble on defense.
