Celtics final score: tired Celtics fall to Spurs 88-103

Looked like the Celtics were out of gas. I'm tired just watching these games.

David Butler II-USA TODAY Sports

The Celtics missed layup after layup and front rimmed several jumpers. They also let the Spurs get open looks at threes that they just didn't miss.

Credit the Celtics for keeping it close through 3 quarters or so. Every time the lead stretched to 9 or 11 Boston made a mini-run and got it down to 5. Then just about every time the Spurs would drop in a 3 pointer or two and kill whatever rally the Celtics had going.

Boston just didn't have the legs to hang with the Spurs tonight and it all broke loose in the 4th quarter. Not good times.

Just 9 assists for Rondo - so much for his new streak

I believe Jason Terry had 17 points at the half and finished with 18.

Jeff Green had another nice dunk and has been hitting corner threes, which is nice.

Much respect to the Spurs. They are just a really good team.

Don't even know what else to say. Just watching this team makes me exhausted.
