Will the Dwightmare finally be coming to an end? Will Howard's whining and pouting finally land him in the spot he wanted all along (just like it did for Carmelo Anthony)? Maybe, according to reports.

Nets 'making progress' in search for third team to help them land Dwight Howard - CBSSports.com

The Nets are progressing with plans to recruit a third team to absorb salary in a blockbuster trade proposal that would send Dwight Howard to Brooklyn, league sources told CBSSports.com Sunday. A key component of the proposed deal with Orlando would be finding a third team to take the Nets' Kris Humphries in a sign-and-trade arrangement. Cleveland has emerged as a "possible destination" for Humphries in such a scenario, in which the Nets would attempt to accumulate at least three first-round picks to send to the Magic in their package for Howard, one of the sources said.

Orlando has been busy clearing house on other fronts as well. They agreed to send Most Improved Player Ryan Anderson to the Hornets in a sign-and-trade.

Sources with knowledge of the talks told ESPN.com on Sunday that the Hornets and Orlando Magic are closing in on agreement on a sign-and-trade deal that will send Magic forward Ryan Anderson to New Orleans to play alongside prized rookie Anthony Davis.

Reports are that Anderson is going to make $34M over 4 years. Yup, the same as Jeff Green. Make of that what you will.
