As you've heard by now, Kevin Garnett delivered one of the most memorable lines of media day. Here's the full quote.

That is so KG. If you aren't with him... he's against you. It just has so many more layers when you consider all the circumstances.
Ray Allen was asked about KG's statements today.
Allen said Saturday that he hadn’t heard or read the quote. After a reporter repeated it, Allen started smiling before even speaking. "That’s a shame," Allen said. "I’m a good person to talk to on the phone, so…." Allen added that he’s been around long enough to know that some statements get lost in translation. Has Allen called Garnett? "Even if I was still there, I probably wouldn’t talk to him over the summer," Allen said. "We’re friends, regardless of what happened I’m on another team."
And that's pretty much Ray Allen in a nutshell as well. He knows how to play things off and he really knows his old teammate. This is what he expected and what he can expect for the whole season. Hope he's happy with this. At least he'll have a few new teammates that know what it is like to leave other places and deal with the negative reactions that creates.
