Forget the records, Ray returns and the Celtics host the Heat

Need I say more?

Rob Carr

Throw out the records (please!), forget the losing streak, nothing else matters right now. The Heat are in town and that alone is reason enough to get up for this game. Add in the return of Ray Allen and you've got a made for TV event.

Gametime: 1:00 PM EST

Key Matchups:

LeBron James vs. Paul Pierce, Jeff Green, and just about anyone else helping out

Like it or not, James is one of the best in the game and it falls to Pierce and Green to try to slow him down, but they'll need a lot of help.

Kevin Garnett vs. Chris Bosh

KG used to own this matchup, but lately Bosh has started getting the upper hand. He torched us in the playoffs last year and was a big reason why the Heat went from nearly getting eliminated by Boston to heading to the Finals.

Dwyane Wade vs. Avery Bradley

Wade has been up and down against the Celtics over the years and Avery will hope to make it another down day.

Oh yeah, and there's that Ray guy.

Need I really say more?

Update: Rajon Rondo is being held out with a hyper-extended knee, and Jared Sullinger is getting his fourth career start today.
