BOSTON – It was nearly a comeback for the ages, as the Celtics started raining threes at the end of the fourth quarter Wednesday night. But they fell just short to the Grizzlies despite another dominant performance from Jared Sullinger, who had 17 points alone in the fourth quarter.
But Jerryd Bayless held off the Celtics whenever they got close with his 22 points while Mike Conley and Nick Calathes combined for 16 assists.
