Three at the Buzzer: Heat Beat Celtics to Make History

The KG-less Celtics rode Jeff Green's career-high 43-point night, but came up just short of beating the Miami Heat and halting their winning streak. Instead, Miami rallied back to extend said streak to 23, making it the 2nd largest in NBA history.

It's a shame that the Heat will get the headlines tonight, because Jeff Green probably had the greatest game of his career. He replaced Kevin Garnett's starting spot perfectly, scoring 43 points on 14-21 shooting.

But in the end, it was LeBron James' Heat that ran away with the win, after a huge push in the last minutes of the fourth quarter and a Paul Pierce miss with 7 seconds left in the clock.

James ended the game with 37 points, 7 rebounds and 12 assists.

Jared Weiss from CLNS Radio recaps the game in tonight's Three at the Buzzer.
