Latest twist in Doc Rivers, Kevin Garnett saga - no DeAndre Jordan?

Weirder and weirder.

I don't even know what to believe anymore. So take all this with the appropriate grain of salt.

David Stern says no | Boston Herald

Though this may be an attempt by the Celtics and Clippers to now make the Rivers and Garnett transactions look completely unrelated, the source said that the Clippers have never offered compensation for Rivers. Nah, never mind. I'm not even going to try to reason this one out. It sounds blatantly like counter-information to confuse and muddy the waters.

At one point I thought I had a clear idea of the timeline and progressions of this deal but I'm pretty sure that we all know about 10% of what's really going on.

It might all get decided this morning, but that's what I thought yesterday and the day before that and the day before that. So I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
