Outside of last night's debacle against the Spurs and the Celtics' trip to Memphis, Boston has been competitive in 5 of the 7 losses since Smart's injury on November 7th. He wasn't exactly filling up the box score before spraining his ankle, but he provided a spark off the bench and lived up to his pre-draft reputation as a game changer. After facing Atlanta tomorrow night, the team is at home on a back-to-back against the Pistons on Wednesday and then face the rival Lakers on Friday.
