The Celtics have every reason to play every injury very cautiously this year. Expect Sully to take his time getting his head right (literally).
Jared Sullinger spent last night at the Celtics team hotel, attempting to recover from the symptoms of a concussion that also may keep the forward out of tomorrow’s game at Utah. Sullinger, after taking a shot to the head late in Friday’s loss to the Lakers, woke up here yesterday morning with dizziness and a headache. That doesn’t bode well for the one game remaining on the trip.
In other news, Brad Stevens was ejected from his first game at any level.
Stevens later told reporters that this was his first ejection at any level of coaching (though he did earn technicals at Butler). He would not elaborate on what he said to Davis. Asked about Stevens' first technical and ejection, Gerald Wallace told reporters, "I'm happy for him. Welcome to the NBA."

The Celtics return home on Wednesday vs. the Hawks and Sunday against the Pacers. Get well big fella and watch the elbows.
