During his interview on Media Day, Smart was asked which player he would compare himself to. Smart responded, "I like to take a variety of people that I look at: Chris Paul, John Wall, and Derrick Rose. Those are bigger guards, and I'm a bigger guard. I like to watch those guys, but I like to watch some of the smaller guys too." It's good to see that Smart doesn't want to pattern his game after any specific player. If he could end up becoming some sort of Chris Paul-John Wall-Derrick Rose hybrid, I'm sure most Celtics fans will be ecstatic.
