Phoenix increasingly mention as a likely third-team participant so Celtics don't have to take back any salary in sending Austin Rivers to LA
— Marc Stein (@ESPNSteinLine) January 15, 2015
Suns are believed to covet Reggie Bullock from Clippers. Clips would naturally prefer to make deal without surrendering Bullock. But ...
— Marc Stein (@ESPNSteinLine) January 15, 2015
But Austin Rivers, I'm told, never reported to Celtics after deal because Boston pledged to get him to Clippers. And that remains the plan

Boston has informed Austin Rivers that trade sending him to father Doc Rivers' Clippers will formalize today, league source tells RealGM.

Per reports about what Celtics will be getting back for Austin Rivers - Jordan Farmar will not be one of those guys.

Jeff suspects that it might be Ekpe Udoh heading to Boston and there have been other reports that Chris Douglas-Roberts would be the likeliest to leave the Clippers in a trade. One way or another, Austin Rivers is uniting with Dad Doc in Los Angeles. You gotta love the buddy system between Danny Ainge, Doc Rivers, and Ryan McDonough, huh?
We'll keep you posted on the details.
UPDATE:
Phoenix's Shavlik Randolph has been traded to Boston, with Reggie Bullock to Phoenix, Austin Rivers to Clippers, league sources tell RealGM.

SHAVLIK RANDOLPH! The conventional wisdom was that whoever was coming to Boston in this three-way trade wouldn't see the floor, but I loved Randolph when he was a Celtic. Odds are, he'll be waived, but man, would I love to see him play for Stevens...
Current version of deal @ShamsCharania first reported, I'm told, also includes Chris Douglas-Roberts heading to Boston
— Dan Woike (@DanWoikeSports) January 15, 2015
So, Chris Douglas-Roberts too, but eventually be waived.
@celticsblog Yes, a 2017 second rounder.
— Mark Murphy (@Murf56) January 15, 2015
And a 2017 second round pick.
