Celtics topple Pelicans with hot shooting 111 - 93

The Celtics shot 42% from 3 point land and comfortably beat the Pelicans in New Orleans.

Isaiah Thomas was on fire in the first half, scoring 19 points on 8 of 9 shooting.  He only finished with 22 but that was largely due to his teammates stepping up and hitting their own share of shots.

Kelly Olynyk added 21 points of his own and Jae Crowder put up 17.  Oh yeah, and Jared Sullinger had a whopping 20 rebounds.  So, things went well for the boys in green tonight.

We also may have witnessed one of James Young's best games of his young career.  Stevens had a short-handed squad and had to turn to Young for 20 minutes tonight.  He only scored 4 points but he was active on defense and on the boards.

Anthony Davis started off scorching hot, scoring 6 quick points and generally looking like a superstar.  But he cooled off considerably and as he goes, so do the Pelicans.

Just a good, solid win with an undermanned roster at the tail end of a long road trip.  Very encouraging to see.
