Trade talks with Hornets fizzle, Celtics do not get 9th pick

Multiple reports had the Celtics deep in talks with the Charlotte Hornets for the 9th pick, presumably to select Justise Winslow.

Apparently those talks fell through though and the Hornets selected Frank Kaminsky, leaving the Heat to select Winslow.

Justise Winslow's availability got Celts back in the fray for 9. Can almost feel the disappointment coming from their HQ room down the hall.

So what will the Celtics do now? Stay at 16 and make the pick?  Try to get in on another trade?
