Ante Zizic impressing overseas

As we all get wrapped in the Jaylen Brown experience, overseas the Celtics have some prized assets that we’ll be tracking throughout the season. Ante Zizic may be the most intriguing one. The Croatian big has a reputation as a high-energy defensive big who should be able to guard the perimeter at the next level. In a discussion with the Boston Globe, Austin Ainge said that Zizic is 6’11” and is now listed at 265 lbs, which is 15 pounds more than what he was in June. Zizic has been working to develop a stronger post game for when he eventually comes to the U.S. At 19, Zizic looks like he’s already in a pretty strong place for what teams are looking for in modern day centers.
