League sources say Portland trying hard to get into first round. Celtics (aka the https://t.co/DcH2s5OS60 of draft picks) open for business.

The Celtics have #16 (from the Mavericks) and #23 in their pocket. After winning 48 games last season, adding developing young talent may not be high on their priority list. Remember: last year's draft class of Terry Rozier, R.J. Hunter, and Jordan Mickey and James Young are still waiting in the wings.
The Blazers were sorta the Celtics of the West last season, so their interest in trading for picks unusual. What would Danny Ainge want in return? Al Farouq-Aminu is on a Jae Crowder-esque friendly deal. Former lottery picks Noah Vonleh and Mason Plumlee still have a few years on their rookie deals.
