Open topic: What should each Celtics player work on?

Summer is the time for players to work on their game.

Here’s another topic to chew on and discuss: What specific elements would you like each player to work on? You can run down the whole team, or just choose a player or two to pick on.

Everyone knows that Marcus Smart needs to work on jump shooting, but what about his finishing at the basket? How about pick-and-roll defense for Rozier or just about any younger player?

I’ve long thought that Olynyk needs to catch and shoot with more decisiveness instead of pump-faking and waiting for the defense to catch up to him. Don’t get me wrong, sometimes that’s a powerful tool to keep defenses honest with their closeouts, but I think he defaults to it too often. Granted, due to his surgery, he won’t have much time to work on that this offseason, but perhaps by watching game tape he’ll see it.

Nobody is above working on his game, either. As great as he is, Al Horford might focus a little more on rebounding this summer. Isaiah Thomas has made strides defensively, but that’s always an area he could work on by maximizing his speed and quickness.

What other areas do you think specific players need to work on?
