WALTHAM - The Boston Celtics gathered today for their first practice availability, in Waltham, since opening night. The Celtics’ 102-92 squeaker in Philadelphia felt much more like a crucial win, midway through the season. There’s no question that, following the C’s win, the players and especially Coach Stevens looked to have a heavy weight lifted from their backs. Everyone seemed a bit more loose.
The light mood continued on Saturday following, what looked to be a short but pretty intense practice. Following their workout, CLNS’ Clevis Murray captured Aron Baynes, Jaylen Brown, Coach Stevens, Kyrie Irving and Jabari Bird.
While Clevis was mixing it up in the press scrums, I tried my best to shoot as much footage of Kyrie Irving and Marcus Morris doing some shooting drills- subscribe the CLNS YouTube channel to catch that video later this evening.
When Kyrie got to the media, he was asked if he regretting his verbally profane outburst with a 76ers fan, he answered, “Hell no! Man enough to record it on video then, that’s on him.”
