Morrison had been the head coach of the Celtics’ D-League (now G-League) affiliate for the past three seasons, going 95-55 and winning Coach of The Year for the 2013-14 campaign. He has coached a number of current Celtics in the early parts of their careers like Marcus Smart, Terry Rozier, and Abdel Nader.
The article mentions that Bailey, the new head coach of the Red Claws began his career with the Celtics as a video intern, and was hired as an assistant video coordinator under Doc Rivers. Bailey was then promoted to head video coordinator, and has been in that role since the 2015-16 season. Jay King of MassLive noted that Bailey has received praise for his preparation and knowledge of the defensive end of the floor.
