What is the best draft choice the Celtics have ever made?

The Celtics are a storied franchise in part because they have had many of the best players. One of the ways they’ve added many (most?) of those players is through the draft.

So picking the best one is a little like picking the best player, which is kinda-sorta impossible. So to make this more interesting, feel free to break it up by era or decade or however you want to break it up.

Bonus points if you can come up with some of the best VALUE picks ever. Isaiah Thomas doesn’t count because he wasn’t picked by the Celtics, but he’s an example of one of the best value picks in the history of the league (an All Star picked at 60).
