What move would you un-do in Celtics history?

Continuing the History Week discussions. Imagine you could have one do-over in Celtics history. What move would you un-do, and what would you have done differently?

Personally I’d go back and convince the Celtics NOT to hire Rick Pitino as coach and GM. Give the job to anyone else, just not him. That was just a painful era to live through.

Of course, you could make the case for picking a player that they passed on in the draft or completing a rumored trade that was ultimately turned down (Rajon Rondo for Steph Curry?), perhaps by adding some sweetener to get the deal done.
