Here’s a fun thought exercise. The Celtics are always on the lookout for players that can help them get better. They scout, they make calls to other GMs, they talk to agents (when appropriate). But what if (theoretically) they were to post a job opening on LinkedIn or another job posting website?
What would the job description be? What qualifications would they be looking for? Is there an industry standard salary range they’d be interested in? Would they need to see a referral?
Also, if you were the hiring manager, what would you be looking for in a candidate? What questions might you ask them and what answers would you be hoping to hear?
